Saturday, September 19 - Picnic in Hualapai Mountain Park

Enjoy some cool weather and spectacular scenery - join your fellow club members at Recreation Area 3 in Hualapai Mountain Park near Kingman. Cabin Rentals are available for the weekend by calling (928) 681-5700.

The time is 10a.m. to 5p.m. Food will be served between Noon and 1p.m. Members should bring what they would like to drink. We will supply water and some soda for the kids.

Tom Kirchner is in need of assistance for the picnic on Saturday. Please see his request below:

NEEDED:

Someone with a Van or Covered Pick Up Truck to transport food and drinks, etc. and to meet Tom at Safeway at 8:45 to pick up all of the supplies.
Two (2) Members to meet Tom and the additional Pick Up Driver at Safeway at 8:45 to assist in loading supplies
Two (2) additional Members to help with set up at the picnic site kitchen at 10:00 AM

Please note for those bringing other dishes you should handle putting your own dishes on the tables. The buffet line will be strictly for what our club is providing (chicken, pulled pork, lasagna or ribs, potato salad, coleslaw, baked beans, cake or cookies). Dinner will be served between noon & 1PM.
