The Official Rules
 
The Winner:
The last ticket remaining in the barrel is the winning ticket.
 
Fees:
Winner pays all fees. The holder of the winning ticket is responsible to pay all costs and fees associated with the RZR except for the actual cost of the RZR which has been paid by the London Bridge Rotary Charities, Inc (LBRC). These fees may include but not limited to sales tax, registration and license fees, dealer docs fees, freight, dealer prep and service. All fess must be paid to AZ West Allsports, Inc before a clear title can be issued.
 
The Game:
There are 132 chances to win in this reverse raffle. Only a total of one hundred thirty (130) tickets will be sold and an additional two (2) tickets will be auctioned on the night of the event, September 21, 2019.
 
After fifty (50) tickets have been drawn, the official MC of the night will sell one (1) ticket to the highest bidder. To be eligible to bid, one or more of your tickets must have been drawn in the first fifty (50) tickets. the highest bidder will have one (1) chance out of 82 to win the RZR.
 
After one hundred (100) tickets have been drawn, the official MC of the night will sell one (1) more ticket to the highest bidder. Only registered ticket holders is anyone who bought one or more of the first one hundred thirty (130) tickets will be eligible to bid. The highest bidder will have one (1) chance out of thirty-two (32) to win RZR.
 
In the event that all 130 tickets are not sold prior to the event, the Event Director may choose to sell the remaining tickets at their discretion by either offering them at face value to attendees or auctioning the tickets off to the highest bidder. During the event the Event Director may find it necessary to alter the rules and the process of how the raffle is conducted.
 
LBRC is NOT involved in the transfer of tickets between individuals.
